This book talks about the Japanese people of one particular Japanese island where most people are living for more than 100 years. It describes the secret behind their longevity and their culture, lifestyle, nutrition intake, everything but not in a way I expected. Most of them are boring repetition. The “IKIGAI” concept is impressive and interesting. But as I have already known this from a lot of traditional Indian books it’s something similar to compare than being “awe” about it. Otherwise, it’s a good book for a first-time reader and a lot of things to realize, understand and follow for healthy happy longevity . Give it a try.
