(From Good Reads)Kendra Adachi, the creator of the Lazy Genius movement, invites you to live well by your own definition and equips you to be a genius about what matters and lazy about what doesn’t. Everything from your morning routine to napping without guilt falls into place with Kendra’s thirteen Lazy Genius principles.
I am going to write only the first part of my review because I don’t think I have any particular thought /emotional journey while reading it!
This book may be a very clever, genius (maybe lazy genius) to someone but for me, it’s very average, bland, and not living up to my hope. All the principles and steps to attain it were already followed by me (I knew it sounds too true to be true)and so I felt nothing special about it . I knew it seems like boasting but they are very easy learning techniques and I am sure most of us already found out and following them without realizing we can write it down as a book! I would appreciate that she thought about them and pen down all her learnings so that others could follow them! I admire that but the book lacks the fire, and lagging in engagement! couldn’t read it continuously without feeling bored! it’s very practical and so very boring! But if you want some life hacks in a more practical way it would be appealing to you and so I recommend it!
Thanks to #netgalley and the publishers #Waterbrookandmultnomah for this ARC. This review is straight from my heart not biased in any way!
